Andrew Thomson is an internationally recognised Consultant Clinical Embryologist and Chief Scientific Officer. He is well known for his leadership in IVF clinic design, laboratory optimisation, and strategic scientific planning. He was just the third reproductive scientist in the UK to be awarded Fellowships from both the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) and the Academy for Healthcare Science (FAHCS), reflecting his clinical expertise, professional leadership, and contributions to advancing reproductive science.
He provides strategic and technical guidance to fertility clinics and startups, with services spanning embryology, laboratory setup, genomics, digital transformation, staff training, and regulatory compliance.
