Throughout her career, Asma has played a key role in establishing structured HR processes, strengthening employee engagement and supporting organisational growth through effective people management and operational excellence.

Asma holds a Bachelor’s Degree from King Abdulaziz University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from GATD Academy UK. She has also completed advanced professional development in leadership and management, strategic vision building, HR compliance and Six Sigma methodologies.
